Cruis’n Cheat mode

At the main menu, enter one of the following codes by changing the Wii-mote’s position. Pause briefly between each step so that the moves are registered. Start by holding the Wii-mote with both hands, as if driving during the game. The top of the Wii-mote should be in your left hand, and the bottom of the Wii-mote should be in your right hand. The “home” position of the Wii-mote (when indicated below) is done by placing it level and parallel to the ground. If a mistake was made, you will hear a slamming sound and must repeat code entry.

Steer slightly to the left from the “home” position and press Plus.
Steer to the right past the “home” position.
Steer to the left past the “home” position.
Steer to the right past the “home” position.
Steer to the left past the “home” position then press A, B, A.
Steer to the right past the “home” position.
Steer to the left past the “home” position.
Steer to the right past the “home” position.
Steer to the left past the “home” position.
If you entered the code correctly, you will hear the sound of fireworks.

All cars

Steer slightly to the right past the “home” position and press Minus, A, B, B, A.
Steer to the left past the “home” position.
Steer to the right past the “home” position.
Steer to the left past the “home” position and press B, A, A, B.
If you entered the code correctly, the phrase “Nice ride” will be spoken.

Bonus tracks

Finish in the top three places at the indicated location to unlock the corresponding track in Cruis’n Circuit Challenge mode:

Central Park: Place in the top three at Malibu.
Chinatown: Place in the top three at San Francisco.
Golden Gate: Place in the top three at Los Angeles.
Hollywood: Place in the top three at New England.
Los Angeles: Place in the top three at Central Park.
Muholland Drive: Place in the top three at Chinatown.
New England: Place in the top three at Golden Gate.
San Francisco: Place in the top three at Hollywood.
