Cheat :
More visitors:
When you are in Dinoland, just ignore or delete the message about the cheap gate price to get a lot of visitors.

Hint :
Hint: More money:
Start a small park with four puzzle games close together, two rides, one food, one bathroom and a gate price of $0. If you set it up so all four puzzle games are within view of each other, you can do the global price raise/lower for all puzzles while all four are active (making $40,000 at once) The $0 gate price will get the visitors in fast. Set the prizes value to $10 and a maximum win possibility. That makes the visitors happy, stay longer, and play more.

If you need to take out a loan, take out the least amount of money. Then later in the game, when you have a little bit more money, take out the $30,000 loan (or the highest one) and pay off the first loan. You will still have enough money to buy rides and attractions without going bankrupt.

Hint: World of Wonders park:
Collect three Golden Keys.

Hint: Space Zone park:
Collect five Golden Keys.

Hint: Better park operation:
Assign staff members to a certain area. This way the park is cleaner, rides are fixed faster, and more people get to see entertainers. Note: Put a staff room in each area.

NOTE:This strategy guide is for people using the Full Simulation
mode of Sim Theme Park. People using Instant Action already have a park started for them.

NOTE:Before we start, let's take a moment to talk about Game Safety.
Be sure to completely read and understand the manuals that come with your game. Also, be sure to wear these 8-), Safety Glasses.

SECTION 1:STARTING THE GAME WITH OPTION 1-LOST KINGDOM
You start the game with $50,000.00 in the bank and one golden key.
Use this key to first open up Lost Kingdom. Build in the open area
an Aztec Mayhem ride, a Crazy Ape ride, 2 small bathrooms, and a
Burger Restaurant. Hire several researchers, janitors, and mechanics.
Have at least one mechanic patrolling for every four rides you buy to
keep them maintained. Also buy 2 Worker's Huts, and place them near your
worker's patrol routes. Make sure check your people's happiness every
few minutes by using the Information Screen. It will help you make a
better park.

SECTION 2:WINNING A GOLDEN TICKET UNDER OPTION 1-LOST KINGDOM
You probably noticed two mystery rides at the top of the "Purchase Rides"
screen. You need Gold Tickets to win these. To get your first gold ticket,
you need to have at least a hundred happy visitors come to your park. How do
you do this? There are several things you need to do to accomplish this goal.
Make sure that you have set up all three shops available at first. Try to get
the rest of the rides in. Make sure there are plenty of nice decorations such
as rocks, fountains, and trees. Finally, make sure that the ticket price is not
very expensive. Listen
to the dot's advice on ticket prices. Don't raise them until he tells you to.
If you follow these guidelines you should get a Gold Ticket soon enough. Use
this ticket to buy that Mystery Ride, which turns out to be an elevated tram
around your park.

SECTION 3:EXPAND YOUR PARK UNDER OPTION 1-LOST KINGDOM
Keep up the good work on your game for several more years. As you add rides,
add food shops and staff huts along the way. By listening to your customers and
following the recommendations of the little black dot, and you should prosper.
Wait until you have at least fifty-five thousand dollars, and move to start on
the Halloween World. For information on that, follow the advice below about
starting on the Halloween World. If you already beat Halloween World, then go
to Section 7

SECTION 4:STARTING THE GAME WITH OPTION 2-HALLOWEEN WORLD
You start the game with $50,000.00 in the bank and one golden key. Use this
key to first open up Halloween World. Build in the open area an Insecticide
Ride, a Jaw Dropper ride, 2 small bathrooms, and a Burger Restauraunt. Connect
all of these with paths, then open your park by
pressing "O". Hire as many researchers as you can, along with setting some
janitors and some mechanics on the paths in front of the rides. Also have at
least 2 Worker's Huts. Check your peoples happiness every few minutes by
using the Information Screen. It will help you make a better park.

SECTION 5:GOING FOR GOLD UNDER OPTION 2-HALLOWEEN WORLD
You have most likely noticed the two Mystery Rides at the top of the "Purchase
Rides" screen. You will need Gold Tickets to get these attractions. To get a
gold ticket, you'll need lots of happy customers coming to your park. "What's
the best way to do this?" you may ask. The best way to bring lots of happy
customers to your park is to build a park that you'd like to go to. Build lots
of stores. Build attractions with prizes worth at least forty dollars, an
entrance fee of less than twenty dollars, and a win percentage of at least
fifty percent. You may lose a few bucks on the attractions, but the admission
rate will steadily increase. Another way to get happy customers is to make
sure that bathrooms are readily available through many points in the park.
Make sure that the admission is not unreasonable. Follow these directions and
a gold ticket should be yours in a few weeks. Use the gold ticket to buy that
Mystery Ride, which turns out to be an elevated tram-thing that goes around
your park.

SECTION 6:EXPAND YOUR PARK UNDER OPTION 2-HALLOWEEN WORLD
Keep up the good work for several more years. Make sure that your customers
are happy, but also increase ticket prices. Follow the dot's advice for help on
this. As you add more rides, also add more food and drink shops along the way.
Remember, you can buy more land. Once you have at least fifty-five thousand
dollars saved up, go to Lost Kingdom. If you already beat Lost Kingdom, then
go to Section 7.

SECTION 7:WONDER LAND
Now that you've beat the first parks that you can get, it's time to expand your
borders. Continue making your people happy until you get another key, then
unlock Wonder Land. Build the Bugs TV Ride, the Flower Power Ride, the Jelly
Bounce Ride, along with any sort of
Roller Coaster, and a couple attractions. Follow the Little Dot's advice for
bathrooms and rides and such. Keep playing on this map until you get a total
of 5 golden keys.

SECTION 8:SPACE ZONE
This is can be a great level for developing your best park. Follow the general
strategies found elsewhere in this walkthrough, and obey the little dot's
advice for bathrooms and such, until you've filled up this park also. Don't
forget-You can buy more land and expand your park some.

SECTION 9:10 HINTS TO GET A SUPERCALLIFRAGILISTICIOUSEXPEALIDOTIOUS PARK:
10-Hire high quality employees-They cost more, but they're worth it.
9-Improve staff efficiency by putting money into employee training.
8-Check your ride status often to catch breakdowns before they happen,
and make timely upgrades.
7-Draw crowds of visitors to your park by having a reasonable admission.
6-Keep your staff happy by not overworking them, and have several staff
huts scattered throughout your park.
5-Have a high drink-shop to ride ratio, possibly one-to-one on large parks.
4-Make sure all your shops use high quality items.
3-Keep people from feeling cheated at your sideshows by giving them a good
chance at winning.
2-Don't take out loans unless you REALLY need them. "Neither a borrower
nor lender be." William Shakespeare
1-Complete challenges quickly whenever possible.

SECTION 10:5 THINGS YOU GET GOLD TICKETS FOR:
1: Your first 100 visitors to your park.
2: 200 Visitors in your park at one time.
3: Exceeding $15000 in profit.
4: High level of customer happiness.
5: 350 visitors to your park in 6 months.

SECTION 11:Building a Roller Coaster
After recieving several e-mails on the subjuect, and discovering that the
manual gives but vague information on the more complex aspects of roller-coaster
building, I created this section. I hope to explain some of the more confusing
parts of building a cool roller-coaster. The back of the Sim Theme Park jewel
case has a good drawing of the buttons and what they do if you are unfamiliar
with them.(The buttons, not the drawing)

When selecting a location for your roller-coaster, you can either build
in a new location out in the open, OR you can build near attractions, as long
as the track for the coaster is high enough to go _OVER_ existing rides. To
build the track for a coaster, select the non-glowing end, and build off of
it. To build the coater, place your pylons inside the glowing yellow area.
Build them until you reach back to the other end of the roller coaster.
You may want to raise/lower pylons as you go along.

Building loops:First, make sure that your roller-coaster is upgraded to
level two or higher. Now, delete a pylon, and select to build a loop-pylon.
Build this pylon, and create the loop. Now set the other loop-pylon at
where you want the loop to end. *POOF* You've got a loop!

Raising/lowering pylon height:Select the "Raise/lower pylon" button on your
control panel. Click on a pylon and drag it upward or downward, depending
on if you want to raise or lower a pylon. There you go, use this to make a
sickening coaster!
