Mothership area
Shoot down the ship in the "Invasion" level at San Francisco. You can now select the Mothership as an area for purchase at the shop for 35,000. Alternately, play as the Alien faction. You can select the Mothership after another faction shoots down the ship.

Easy points
Fight a two player battle in Brawl mode. You will earn has much as 1,000 points to spend in the store. This helps unlock more characters faster than playing through Story mode multiple times.

Cheat mode
Press X + Up to display the cheat entry screen. If that does not work then finish a characters story and go to continue. Then, skip the animation and hold X.

Mutant faction
Successfully complete Story mode to unlock the Mutant faction for purchase at the shop for 15,000.

Bonuses
Successfully complete the game with Godzilla to unlock the following bonuses.

Monsters:
Baragon, Battra, Mecha King Ghidorah, Mechgodzilla2, MegaGurious, Methra, Moguera, Obsidius, Orga, Space Godzilla, Godzilla 1990, Jet Jaguar.

Pictures 1 through 24.

London, Monster Island, Mothership, New York, Seattle, Tokyo.

Power Surges
You can acquire Power Surges by defeating any monster that is under the influence of Power Surge crystals (the monster will be using a Power Surge). To activate any of the acquired Power Surges, press Square + Circle at any time during a battle. Each Power Surge can only be used once per battle. Also, the Power Surge used will be random. Note: Power Surges can only be used in Story mode.

Certain monsters are obtained by completing a certain task.
Unlockable:How to Unlock:
BaragonFree Baragon from the crystals in "A Friend in Need" at Monster Island as a Alien. Defeat him in the "Baragon" stage and buy him for 15,000 points.
BiollanteBe a Earth Defender and play "Rumble in the Surf" at Tokyo. Destroy the building with vines and defeat Biollante later on and buy her for 30,000 pts.
KrystalakPlay "Terran Mind-Control" at New York as an Alien. Destroy large crystal in crater and nine days later defeat Krystalak and buy him for 20,000 pts.
Mecha-King GhidorahPlay "Invasion" as a Earth Defender at San Francisco and defeat Ghidorah. Play "M.K.G" and defeat Mecha Ghidorah and buy him for 50,000 points.
MegaguriusBe a ED and play "Enter General Gyozen" at London. Destroy three teal crystals. Return near the end and defeat Megaguirus. Buy her for 20,000 pts.
ObsidiusPlay a mech from GDF and play "Big Trouble" at Seattle. Destroy three cone crystals. Defeat Obsidius later and buy him for 20,000 pts.
SpaceGodzillaPlay as a Mutant and obtain four Power Surges and beat "Tyrant" at the end of the game. SpaceGodzilla will be added to the shop and will cost 100,000.
TitanosaurusUse a mech from GDF and play "Soloist" at Sydney. Destroy three circular ice structures. Return later and defeat the dinosaur. Buy him for 25,000 pts.
VaranPlay as an Alien and destory the crystals on the Mothership in "On the Mothership". Return to the level and defeat Varan and buy him for 30,000 pts.
